In most cases an average deck will cost approximately $16 to $35 per sq foot, depending upon the material you choose. Average decks are 12' x 12' and most often are made from all weather wood, with a wood rail system and steps to the ground. There are many factors to consider during the final proposal, which is why each deck we build truly is customized to our customers wishes.
